Like best about job: I am inspired by the creativity and resourcefulness of the people who work in the building trades. The cooperation, coordination, and ingenuity that are a routine part of each work day. Bringing all that together to deliver a project that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Like least about job: Confrontations over quality, scheduling, or performance.

Pet peeve: Don't get me started!
